It is always a tough decision to choose who is on a team or what position they might hold.  We, as coaches, want to thank everyone who tried out and all the time and effort you put into Tryouts this week.

After a lengthy discussion amongst the coaches, the teams have been formed.  Please look at the numbers below as to what team you may be on.  If your number is not listed, please do not be discouraged.  It just means at this time, we do not feel it’s a good fit.  It doesn’t mean you can’t continue to work on your skills and develop for next season, and honestly, we hope that you do.  We would love to see you give it another shot next season!  If you would like a deeper explanation, we will have a short window from 3:00 – 3:30 on Thursday, August 15th, where you can come and ask the coaches any questions you might have.

For the rest of you, if you are chosen for a team but do not agree with the team you have been placed on, please do not take it personal.  It was a joint decision by all coaches as to what teams were formed by what players. There may be an opportunity during the season to be pulled up, but that will be on a case by case basis and if and when needed.  We ask that you accept the role on the team you were placed and strive to be the best player and leader for your team.
